OUR APPROACH

We believe the home-building and renovation experience should be as rewarding as the final result. From initial concept to the final walkthrough, we work closely with homeowners to understand their lifestyle, anticipate site and structural challenges, and bring their vision to life without compromising on quality or value.

By combining architectural intent with sustainable building science, we create spaces that perform efficiently, maintain value over time, and sit lightly on their sites.

What Our Clients Say:

  • "Grout lines straight, trim work tight, tile plumb."

The little details most people never notice are the ones that tell you a builder actually cares. He runs a clean job, communicates early, and treats his trades right. If you’re building custom or remodeling high-end in the Upstate, he’s the guy.

    Connor S. | Custom Build & High-End Remodel

  • "A Smooth Process From Permits to Final Finish"

Andrew was present on the job site daily, ensured total protection of our home during construction, and handled the city and HOA permit process entirely on his own. Enough can’t be said about the quality, timing, and finished product.

Mark | Master Suite & Exterior Living Space

  • "Every New Crew Saw the Excellent Quality"

Finsand Custom Homes completed the foundation, framing, and roofing for our 1,600-square-foot addition. Every new crew that came onto the project commented on how well everything was built, making the rest of the build go smoothly.

Han G. | 1,600 Sq. Ft. Structural Addition

  • "Saved Us From Hidden Pitfalls Years Down the Line"

Andrew helped my wife and I add an additional master suite to our home. Because of his deep knowledge of the construction process and building code, we were able to dodge hidden pitfalls we would have run into years later. I can’t recommend them enough!
